The College Entrance Essay is a daunting and essential part of the college application process. The UC's require two essays that consist of the same prompts every year and the Common App, which is used by most private schools, consists of a choice between 6 different prompts. Most private schools, in addition to the Common App essay, require multiple supplemental essays on their applications.

I assist students in the planning and editing of their college application essays. In these sessions, although they consist of hard work and dedication, I attempt to bring forth the true voice of your student in such a way as to spark the interest of the college administrator.

I have coached over 70 students in the writing of their essays and have helped them gain admission to many of the UCs as well as many private schools. Many of my students have earned acceptances to UC Berkeley and UCLA, some with full or partial scholarships.

Other schools where my students have earned acceptances include: Harvard, Cal Tech, Georgia Tech, Johns Hopkins, University of Chicago, Rice, Loyola Marymount, Carnegie Mellon, NYU and Chapman University.
